Vincent Motholo, a chartered accountant and registered auditor is a Director in the assurance division of SizweNtsalubaGobodo Grant Thornton (SNG Grant Thornton), the largest South African black-owned accounting and advisory firm. He has over twelve years of professional working experience.
Before joining SNG, Vincent worked as a senior lecturer at the University of South Africa (Unisa) lecturing Auditing at a postgraduate level to students studying towards the chartered accountancy qualification. During his tenure at Unisa, he also served as an executive committee member of the College of Accounting Sciences when it was established.
Furthermore, Vincent has co-authored a textbook and two question books on Auditing. He is the deputy chairperson of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) Pretoria district region and also a member of the Council of SAICA’s Northern region.
Vincent served his training at one of the big four firms where he gained valuable experience in the audit environment. Vincent has extensive experience in the energy, mining, education and pension fund industries.
