Accounts Assistant/Clerk Vacancy
We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified and experienced individual to join our firm as an Accounts Assistant/Clerk.
Main Purpose
Provide accounting services to SNG Grant Thornton Eswatini
Key Responsibilities
- Allocate staff recoverable expenses.
- Prepare creditor's invoices for processing.
- Reconcile and pay creditors.
- Load payments into FNB, print and code payment proof.
- Controlling and issuing petty cash
- Ordering and disbursing stationery.
- Filing.
- Any other administrative duties assigned.
Minimum requirements
- ACCA and/or AAT Level 3, Diploma in Accounting or relevant qualification.
- Minimum 2 years experience, particularly in a professional services environment.
- Good knowledge of accounting practises principles and regulations.

- Ability to exercise considerable judgment and discretion in handling accounting-related issues and problems.
- Ability to interact with people and staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
