SNG Grant Thornton seeks to recruit talented, and results driven individuals to join our multi-disciplinary management team and invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the positions of HR Manager.
Required Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Industrial & Organisational Psychology
• A relevant Post graduate degree (MBA, MBL etc) and membership of the IPM.
• A minimum of 5 years practical experience in human resources (experience in an international organisation will be an advantage).
• Experience with the full HR spectrum including Job Evaluation, grading and salary reviews.
• Good knowledge of HR related legislation

Each role will require the utilisation of well-rounded skills in an energetic and fast-paced environment, whilst demanding a high degree of self-motivation and a high level of professionalism, and confidentiality. The successful individuals must be self-driven team players with well-established communication skills. Other
desirable attributes include:

• Ability to coach and mentor less experienced members of the team.

The work will involve:
• Client liaison
• Planning – short and long term.
• Application of professional knowledge and management of respective teams.
• Provide specific, constructive and corrective performance feedback and objectively determine and document performance for individuals.
• Review and management of electronic working papers.
