Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the Program Manager position. Enactus is an international non-profit dedicated to developing students through experimental learning.
Purpose
Responsible for the implementation of the Enactus program and providing strategic direction to drive the growth of projects and stakeholders.
Key competencies – Independent self-starter with independent skills, strong interpersonal skills, good analytical and problem-solving abilities, and strong organisational and planning skills.
Key performance areas:
- Develop and implement strategic plans and oversee the daily implementation
- Prepare and manage the annual development budget
- Prepare all country office reports as required
- Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships
- Execute and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Implement recruitment strategies for enhancing the Enactus team
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Business Management or equivalent
- Five (5) years’ Senior Management experience
- Experience working within a non-profit organisation will be an added advantage
- Postgraduate degree in Business Management, Entrepreneurship or equivalent will be an added advantage
